Can I transfer my current Broadband service to Exigent?
Yes. If you have an existing ADSL or NBN service with another service provider, you can transfer your service to us.

What network is used by Exigent Australia for Broadband?
We use both Telstra and AAPT networks to deliver ADSL and NBN services to our customers. If you have an ADSL service with a provider who supports Fast Churn (Fast Transfer), we will connect your service to an AAPT exchange.

Do I need any equipment for my ADSL or NBN connection?
You will need a ADSL or NBN modem/router. If you do not have this equipment, we can supply the equipment for you and pre-configure it for you.

Can I get a static IP address with my Broadband connection?
Yes. When ordering your new ADSL or NBN service with us, we can arrange this for you.

Can I upgrade my ADSL or NBN plan?
Yes. You can contact our Sales team on 1300 571 449 and one of our Sales team members can assist you with upgrading your plan. Plan changes can take up to 5 working days from receipt of your service upgrade request.
